Amazing Wedding Venue!! From the minute we walked into the Four Seasons Hotel Carlingford and we met Dermot, we knew it was the wedding venue for us, the decor is beautiful and tasteful, and the views are stunning, but it was the team behind it all that made our day really special. It has a real personal, family feel to it, it's a team of very enthusiastic people who really want your day to be special for you.
We had both our ceremony and reception there and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, they really listened to exactly what we wanted and executed it all to a tee. Their experience really shines through and we were blown away by the passion they have for it all.
The food was really important to us and it did not disappoint, every course was delicious, all of our guests commented on how good the food was and there was plenty of it too. On the day itself, the food was every bit as delicious it was on the menu tasting night, we were extremely happy with it all. Our guests also commented on how friendly and efficient the waiting and bar staff were and how attentive Dermot was throughout the day, making sure everything was running smoothly.
The wedding coordinators Alana and Linda took such good care of us, advising us, making recommendations and helping plan every little detail in the run up to the wedding, they think of everything! A special thankyou to Alana who was just a joy to deal with, she's extremely efficient and not afraid to roll her sleeves up either, she was literally lugging big boxes around helping to unpack a van load the night before and then was also right there behind me making sure my veil and dress were sitting right just before I walked up the aisle.
Honestly, we cannot thank you all enough for the amazing day you gave us, it was so special and we will never forget it, it was like a fairytale! We are so glad we had our wedding there and would confidently recommend it to any couple looking for that perfect wedding venue, they won't regret it.

Dream Wedding Venue. WOW!
We got married recently on 05/06/2026 in Carlingford and had our reception at the Four Seasons Hotel in Carlingford.
We had a magical wedding day here and enjoyed it beyond our wildest dreams. This is an amazing venue! Everything about the hotel is exceptional.
Alanna, Linda, Dermot, James and Greg to name a few of the incredible staff who helped to make our dreams come true.
Alanna and Linda were such a great help at planning the wedding and making sure everything went smoothly, they did not leave a stone unturned and thought of every detail you can imagine. We cannot thank you enough.
We stayed in the hotel the night before the wedding and for three nights altogether and were treated like royalty.
The bridal suite is out of this world and such a beautiful room to wake up in with amazing views.
The ballroom was decorated so perfectly by the team at the Four Seasons it really looked class.
The backdrop views from all around the hotel and ballroom windows are stunning.
The food, drink and service for the meal was outstanding. All our guests were delighted with everything also.
We also had our day two in the hotel bar and it was a great atmosphere.
Linda and Alanna provided super supplier recommendations for example; band, photographer, flowers, etc. this was really helpful and all of them were also terrific.
Overall we had such a memorable and magical weekend here and we will be forever grateful and we look forward to returning to celebrate our anniversaries. Thank you so much.

The perfect wedding venue. We had our wedding at the Four Seasons Hotel Carlingford and it was truly the most amazing experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and their attention to detail was incredible. The food was absolutely delicious — our guests are still talking about it!
The venue itself was stunning, with beautiful spaces for both the ceremony and reception. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, and the team made us feel completely at ease throughout the whole process.
We are so grateful to the Four Seasons for giving us the perfect wedding day — it was everything we dreamed of and more. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Got married at the FSH Carlingford in October 2024 and I couldn’t recommend the hotel, the wedding and events team, caterers and reception staff high enough, everyone went out off their way to make our day magical. We had our wedding reception in June, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. From start to finish, everything was absolutely flawless. The staff were incredibly professional, warm, and attentive – nothing was ever too much trouble. Every detail was taken care of with care and precision, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy the day.

The Four Seasons Hotel, Carlingford and Linda (The Wedding Coordinator) went above and beyond for us and our wedding celebrations! We were planning our wedding from abroad and were a bit nervous getting everything sorted but communication between ourselves and Linda was always so prompt. Linda gave us all information, advice, questions for us to think about (as well as things we hadn't realised the hotel could do but seriously added to our day) and she is such a warm, friendly person who completely put us at ease with any worries we had regarding the hotel. As we were home a few weeks before the wedding, Linda took time to meet with us when we asked and I had many 'what if this happen' scenarios and Linda had all thoughtfully planned for all outcomes. We met Linda the day before and she assured us that everything was in their hands now and to not stress and just enjoy every moment, which we did! The scheduling of the day was perfect, with the call to dinner prompt and everything that we had asked from the hotel. Not only was Linda faultless but the whole staff were too. Every single person who worked for the Four Seasons were friendly, accommodating and extremely professional. I don't think we would have had a relaxed and amazing wedding day if we had chosen anywhere else to celebrate! The food was divine on the day of the wedding and the days following as well. We had a wedding of 200 and we couldn't believe the quality of the food and the service of the staff. Our guests talked about the service and the food the whole weekend and people who hadn't thought of staying at the Four Seasons then started to book for the whole weekend and have told us they're going back next summer as well. Linda and the whole team looked after us not only on our wedding day but they were extremely helpful when situations arose after the wedding. Not only did they make our wedding day a care-free, faultless celebration but they ensured we had that experience for the whole weekend! From myself and Lee, we'd like to sincerely thank Linda and The Four Seasons Hotel, Carlingford for the whole experience from booking 2 years previous to the wedding weekend!!!! We can't wait to go back at Christmas!

Both myself and Emma Jane would love to thank both Linda (wedding coordinator ) and Dermot and the hotel staff for their help over the past eight months on our wedding preparations on the 5th of August 2019.
We had an amazing day, the hotel staff were so helpful and professional on the day of the wedding. The food and table set up and displays were absolutely beautiful, all our wedding guests were so impressed by the hospitality they received on the day. Linda played an important role in planning and organising our wedding over this year, and no idea was to big for her to make happen for us. Linda was very professional and understanding when planning our wedding she is a credit to the hotel and we can't thank her enough. Dermot especially could not do enough for us on the day, and he also helped us create a wedding photo of all our families outside on the balcony with sparklers. Dermot was by our side most of the day and always checking in to make sure all was ok. We cannot thank him enough for all his help and professionalism he gave us on my wedding day. Also the day after the wedding we have lunch with family and again Dermot was there lending a helping hand. Thank you all so much.

The perfect place for a wedding! Beautiful function room and grounds, great facilities, exceedingly helpful staff. The staff went above and beyond what we expected from them and were able to facilitate our many needs! From the day I booked my wedding with the hotel right up until after my wedding was over, The Four Seasons Hotel could not have done enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble, right from the Wedding planners, to reception staff and bar staff. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The Hotel was excellent Value for money, and the location was perfect. The hotel grounds were beautiful and everyone who came to the wedding commented on how fab the hotel was. The food was 5*. I just wish I could do it all again. If I could I would definitely pick this hotel again, without a doubt!

The Four Seasons in Carlingford is the top wedding venue. The standard of care and detail they put into our wedding was first class. The function room is so modern and cleanliness was exceptional. The meal was 5 star, not 1 guest had a bad thing to say. They are all still raving about how amazing it was. Best day of our lives thanks.

I personally feel Four seasons gave more time to us to design our own wedding. A lot of venues my friends have would shoot down ideas that were personal to them. However, we found Four seasons, encouraged the individual touches we introduced at our wedding, and most of our guests commented on how it was the most fun wedding they had been at, which wouldn’t have been the case if we got married somewhere else. So to describe our wedding in one word, FUN, and Four Seasons was the catalyst behind this, facilitating our personalities through their great hosting.

The Four Seasons Carlingford is the perfect venue for a wedding. The staff are amazing and made the planning of our wedding stress free and so easy for us. From the beginning they couldn’t have been any more helpful and I felt reassured that everything would be perfect on the day (which it was!!!) The staff, the food and the venue were all first class and people are still talking about how great a day it was! I would highly recommend to any future bride and grooms out there.
