Lost & Found – Guest Notice

At the Four Seasons Hotel Carlingford, we understand that personal items can occasionally be left behind, and we are happy to assist where possible.

  • All items found on our premises are logged and securely stored.
  • Lost property is retained for 90 days from the date it is found.
  • After 90 days, any unclaimed items are donated to charity.

For hygiene and safety reasons, perishable items, damp items, and items of little or no value are discarded immediately.

If you believe you may have left an item behind, please contact our Reception team as soon as possible with a description of the item and your stay details. Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in its return. Postage or courier costs, if required, are the responsibility of the guest.

While every effort is made to care for lost property, the Four Seasons Hotel Carlingford cannot accept liability for items left behind.
