Swimming Pool | Four Seasons Hotel, Carlingford

Four Seasons Hotel Leisure Club boasts a luxurious and comfortable environment providing an ideal setting in which to exercise and relax.

As part of our facilities we have an 18m heated swimming pool & health suite’s which include:

• Sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi (over 14s only)
• Fully enclosed Kids pool
• Ladies/Gents changing rooms with shower areas.
• Secure locker facilities
• Disability access throughout our facility
• Disabled Changing rooms

Swimming Lessons 

We offer Swimming lessons for children.

Childrens lessons:

-Every Tuesday & Thursday 3:30pm - 6:30pm and Saturday 10:15am - 1:15pm for a 6 week term at a cost of €50 for members and €55 for non-members. Our class duration is 30 minutes per lesson with a maximum of 8 children per class.

To book in for any of these lessons just call us on 042 9383232 or email leisureclub@fshc.ie. We request that all guests wear a swimming hat in the pool at all times and appropriate swim wear. Should you forget your own they may be purchased from our reception desk in the Leisure Club.
