Tender Cajun spiced chicken breast on a bed of cous lettuce with smoked bacon lardons, garlic & herb croutons, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and Caesar dressing


Goats Cheese Tartlet

Honey, garlic & thyme Bluebell Falls goats’ cheese with an emmental cheese crust in a shortcrust tartlet with slow braised red onion marmalade and salad dressed with thyme oil
