To schedule an appointment for your chosen treatments please contact the spa reception or the main hotel reception. Alternatively, you can email our team (firstname.lastname@example.org). To ensure you get your preferred treatment and time we recommend that you book in advance. All spa treatments and spa packages will need to be guaranteed with a credit card.
Guests who wish to cancel or amend their treatment time/date must provide a minimum of 48hrs notice to help us reschedule your appointment otherwise a 50% charge will be incurred. Cancellation within 24hrs of your treatment or failure to arrive will incur the full treatment cost being charged.
We recommend that you arrive at the spa 20 minutes prior to your allotted appointment time so you can complete a spa consultation form and prepare for your treatment. Regretfully, late arrivals may result in your treatment time being reduced so that other guests are not inconvenienced.
To enable you to continue your spa regime at home most of the products we use in our treatment rooms are available to purchase from the spa reception.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate young children and babies in the spa; this includes the waiting area at reception.
Our spa is designed for your total relaxation. We request that all visitors respect the privacy of other spa guests by speaking quietly. Please refrain from using mobile phones, smart devices or cameras in the spa.
When booking your appointment please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries so that we can offer advice toward the treatments that may suit you best. Failure to make staff aware of any health conditions prior to treatment may result in your treatment being altered or cancelled.
